Well, to be fair to the Johan, the director is also an evil monster who priotitased profits and good image , and played at his pations lives not to mention everyone underneth him.The dude toom someone's elses work for himself, and used his daughter to control one of his best surgeons.

Tenma is not at fault. In the moment, Johan seemed an innocent, dying kid. However, had Tenma KNOWN that Johan would grow to be like the way he turned out, then yes, operating on Johan would be a sin on his part.

Anyone else would have saved Johan, and they would have saved him a second time. His mother was the true monster., she planted the idea that one of the twins was unwanted. That said surviving a headshot is so goddamn low... surviving it twice is even more low.
