Why not put subtitles with AI? Then recalibrate with like an hour or two of going thru the subtitles

Super bummed that the audio is messed up, but I love the video anyway! Always excited to see your content!

Maybe you could have a backup mic that records room audio so you could piece together subtitles if one of your mics fails.

Thanks @OutofSystemOfficial, I enjoy these interview type videos on my headset while I'm at work to help me "lock-in"... keep 'em coming! Maybe you have already done this but do you have interviews talking about the differences of what "good" and "bad" coaching has helped/hindered y'all at different points in your VB journey (i.e. youth, junior, hs, college, pro, etc.)?

Personally, I think anyone can get +36 in vert if they train for it. For volleyball, it's a hard balancing act. You jump a lot if you play an attacking position, so getting strong and maintaining is will be the challenge. Often, you'll see a bunch of younger players figure out how to jump well, they'll stand out from the others, and those who train and practice in the offseason will catch up and they''ll figure it out. I wasn't born jumping high, but growing up, playing more volleyball helped me grow my vert. Then I hit a plateau and lost the vert because I was a twig and couldn't handle all the jumping and landing, mind you I was around 130-140 lbs when I was 19-21 years old and I was able to dunk, so getting stronger helped reset my body and like Keoni, my vert blew up again. It's super common to see people jumping close to 40 inches anywhere now, because of the information about knee health, lower body strengthening, and technique. Back in the day, you only saw the outliers because they were obsessed with jumping and playing.
