Hey Keo! I have been teaching at uni level for the past 8 years as TA (while being a student), and I would say you are doing a fantastic job. Teaching is not easy and frankly, no one is prepared for it. But even though you did not have experience and your first instinct was to bring your friends for support tells me you are doing a better job than most TAs. Maybe you have a passion for it? As a TA myself, I strive to not fail anyone: if they cannot do the work properly means we are not empowering them properly. Ofc there is exceptions but iykyk. Wishing you the best, it has been a real treat following you these past years and excited to see what you do next! 🤗
