@@cristiano9244 That's a skewed way of looking at things. In last 14 years WB has won just 1 Santosh Trophy and Manipur has not won a single trophy in that time period. Kerala won 2 and made to the final once. WB is undoubtedly the Mecca of Indian football and Manipur is also amongst the best. In all honest, the OP is not far from the truth. Kerala is, indeed, the best footballing state along with WB.
