Highly Appreciate the effort you have taken to make this video. Just pointing out some errors for correction in your future videos. 1. Spelling of Planning and Sanitation is not correct. There is a spell check option in PowerPoint which can be used for auto correction. 2. Visitors parking (15% of required parking area) is required in case for apartments/flats.(Ref: Rule 29 Parking (6).) 3. Please don't tell disabled people. They are differently abled people. In KMBR Rule 42 it is said as provisions for differently abled people, elderly and children. Min size of toilet for them is 150x175. Hope you will take care of this type of small mistakes next time. Pwd റോഡിന്റെ അഭിമുഖം പെർമിറ്റ് പ്രകാരം റോഡിന് മുകളിൽ നാലുനിലയും റോഡിന് താഴെ സെല്ലാർ ആണ്, എന്നാൽ ഗ്രൗഡ് ക്ലിയർ ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ റോഡിന് താഴെ രണ്ട് നിലകളും റോഡിന് മുകളിൽ മൂന്നു നിലകളും ആയി, മറ്റ് അളവുകൾക്ക് ഒന്നും വ്യത്യസം ഇല്ല, ഇത് violation ആകുമോ
