I visited Kerala only once (for a week). Wish I could spend at least a whole year there (especially Munnar -- it is more beautiful than shown in this video).

Salaam, very much happy you have gone through the video about Kerala, my state. We are known as mallus worldwide, myself from the capital city Trivandrum. If you have any intentions to visit India i bet Kerala should be the most priortised place. You have 14 districts within Kerala and each has its own beauty & way of acceptances. This state is entirely different from other parts of India. We have mix of all culture, tradition, religion within and live in best harmony.

Almost all families together visit all these places in kerala visit and stay in resorts, the tea plantations are most beautiful and it a garden of God

Why Kerala is no 1 in many fields, reasons Kerala has trade with Greeks Romans arabs Chinese ets since thousands of years ago. Kerala has jews and Christians here from AD 52 Kerala has muslims here since AD 7 th century in the era of Khalifa Umar unlike north indian, Pakistani , Afghanistani Muslims they are mostly converted Muslims , Kerala Muslims are direct descendant of arabs who came as religious preachers and merchants married to local women and settled , like arabs, malbari muslims are also tolerant thats y Kerala has great religious harmony. Finally at the time when north india , pakistan etc r under mugal rule Kerala was under Portuguese rule since 1500 Ad onward so the European education system culture everything spread since long ago .
