Jackfruit halwa is a sweet dessert made from ripe jackfruit pulp, sugar, ghee (clarified butter), and sometimes milk or condensed milk. It's cooked until the mixture thickens and takes on a fudgy texture. Cardamom / saffron and nuts are often added for flavor. It's popular in South Asian cuisine, especially during festive occasions.
Ingredients:
1. Jackfruit - 5 to 6 pieces (say, 1 cup)
2. Ghee - 2 + 2 tbsp
3. Sugar - ¼ cup ( ¼ times of Jackfruit paste)
4. Cashews - 5 to 6 (optional)
5. Saffron - a pinch (optional)
