Kerala style fish curry Recipe-Ayala curry | മീന് കറി

Ingredients:
• For the Curry:
• 500g mackerel fish, cleaned and cut into pieces
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
• 1 onion, finely sliced
• 3 green chilies, chopped
• ginger finely chopped
• 1 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 tablespoon red chili powder
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 2 dried Malabar tamarind soaked in hot water
• Salt to taste
• Fresh curry leaves, a handful
• 6-7 nos garlic finely chopped
