One suggestion to maintain good digestion, especially in India,is to include 2 foods in your daily diet: 1. Ghee (cooked butter) 2. Curd (Yogurt)/ fresh buttermilk Ghee is pre-biotic. It ensures a good lining for you inner stomach. It has to be had first. And last food should be curd (plain curd or curd rice) or fresh buttermilk. They both have good amount of probiotics to help in maintaining good digestion 🙂

You should have to visit Jatayu earth center,which is the largest bird sculpture in the world.Very historical place as well in the top of the rock
