First off, great video Danny, got some laughs that were needed. You forgot to mention how G-force actually does something. You can make Kerbals pass out and destroy ship parts because of super high gees. Btw "UncontrollableTM" had me laughing for some reason.
@Danny24628 жыл бұрын
Wait what, passing out?! *googles* Dammit, why didn't I know about this! Thanks!
@Guitarfollower228 жыл бұрын
Danny2462 np. I haven't noticed it yet because it takes a lot of gees to hit the redline. Idk if the Kerbals will physically look different, while passed out, or just lose pilot controls. Also you'll notice each Kerbal, under their stats, has his or her own tolerance to g-force.

You can also change the settings so that probes "black out" during reentry and so they are uncontrollable altogether when they loose signal. Awesome when you are mid orbital burn round kerbin and you drop beyond the horizon and the throttle and sas sticks and you get to watch your satcom satellite just shoot off intercept the mun and get flung out into the outer kerbolar system by the Mun.

Another thing I realized you could do: since small changes in your injection trajectory lead to big differences when passing through a gravity well, you could guide a craft with a bunch of satellites on it into a Munar flyby then decouple the satellites near Kerbin. They'd all still encounter the Mun but their trajectories would vary greatly.

@photonicpizza14668 жыл бұрын
Kiwa Nozukai Kinda. You'd need that triangle on both Kerbin and Mün. Kerbin alone won't do it. You'd need to put 3 sattelites on all bodies where you want to be always connected.
