Faraday's law: "Voltage occurs in a conductor in a variable magnetic field." (Michael Faraday). The faster the magnet moves, that is, the faster the magnetic field changes, the greater the voltage, just as the alternator rotor creates a higher voltage as it rotates faster. The larger the magnetic field, the greater the voltage. The faster the magnetic field changes, the greater the voltage. As the number of conductors (winding-coil) increases, the voltage increases. To create the variable magnetic field; Either the magnet must be moved or the conductive wire must be moved, both cases make the magnetic field variable and a voltage (voltage) builds up in the conductor. If the magnet and the conductive wire remain stationary, no voltage will occur. By moving the magnet, the direction of the magnetic field acting on the windings, that is, the magnetic poles (N-S), changes, so the direction of the induced voltage also changes, the direction of the resulting voltage is variable, that is, alternating (AC) current.
A voltage is induced in the conductor that is in a changing magnetic field. The magnet or wire must be moved to create a variable magnetic field.
If the magnet near the copper wire winding changes direction; the direction of the poles (N-S) changes, if the poles change; If the direction of the magnetic lines of force (magnetic field) changes, if the direction of the magnetic force lines changes (variable magnetic field), electricity is induced in the conductor (coil) in that area at the exact moment of change. The direction of the generated voltage changes with the change of poles (AC current).
If the magnet is moved by an external force without changing the poles of the magnet, a variable magnetic field is formed again and a voltage (voltage) is formed in the conductive wire (coil-winding) in that area. As the direction of motion changes, the direction of the electric current also changes. If the number of windings increases, the voltage also increases. As the movement (rotation) speed increases, the tension also increases.

This is the best DIY low RPM permanent magnet alternator I have ever seen. Just by changing the orientation of the coils and magnets you got so many coils in place which translated to higher power. Good job 👍

А если на стационаре поставить и задействовать обычные природные явления ветер или воду? Будет такое вращение реальным или с запчастями и механизмами доработки уйдёте в минус? Я уверен,что да.

Hello. I just watched this and I have comments: 1. Would be nice to reduce the mass of the materials on the rotacional disk. I imagine that changing the magnets sizes ain't possible, but the materials of nuts and bolts for balancing the disk could be a solution. The minor the mass the less torque efforts would be necessary. 2. The balance of the rotational wheel should be made at the rotational working speed. If that speed is variable, the wheel should be balanced for the range That will greatly improve the performance, enlarge the lifecycle of the bearings and cause a non vibrating/resonating functioning. Beyond that, I see a really nice job done.

Nice setup!. What a pity you did not apply a secundaru circle of rotating magnets which would have increased the power a LOT. Fisher Paykel (washing machines) makes a simple concept that generates 800Watts, I bought two of them and they do work nice and are also compact.
