i think they only did erection of HCS only, nothing more

There is need the slab joining gap 8mm U bar and 12mm horizontal bar..... But why not given the bar?

What product is being pushed into the large joints between each prestressed panel prior to pouring concrete on top of it? Is it concrete with a higher-then-normal PSI like Quikrete 5000 ($5/bag at Home Depot), or maybe a Non-Shrink Precision Grout by Quikrete (sold at Home Depot for $15.98 for a 50lb bag, which is super expensive)? Just trying to figure out what is being used to seal the large gaps before the concrete is poured on top. Thanks

why not angle the slab, for self draining? if it's a roof it needs to be sealed, because concrete is porous.
