P.s: Chinese women are naturally thin and slim, but not skinny. If you do some research, you'll see that they're health (such as most asians') is almost perfect, they eat lots of healthy food and really care for their bodies. Is just genetic ^.^

(pt6) Anyways, Americans don't wanna look like Barbie; Chinese women apparently do though. I don't think Barbie is pretty; in fact, a real life version of that thing would be like a monster. but it is possible to have an hourglass figure. If you're fat and that's what YOU WANT, then go on and be fat...unless it's causing you harm of course. Don't settle. If YOU want to be like Barbie, than go for it. But yes, some people become anorexic due to masochistic or OCD type reasons. Its not a "diet gone wrong" or "restricting gone extreme" ALL the time. In fact the best way to gain weight fast (someday) is to have anorexia which injures the body and metabolism. Slow weight loss is best but some go fast or have bad body image issues that cause them to go about it wrong. There are many causes for it. I don't like the whole "girl becomes anorexic because she was told she was fat" thing because it furthers the prejudices that all weight loss diets are eating disorders and that thin = anorexic. Even doctors can mistake thin (not even underweight sometimes, just thin) for an eating disorder and this can lead to them ignoring the patient's problems to talk about anorexia and if a girl patient suddenly drops weight unintentionally and sees a doctor about it they'll be like Oh she's just anorexic.
