Did like 40 pulls and got her. She is really unique with her Burst 1 skill cause when I used it for co-op the Liter used her Burst 1 after. Someone on Twitter took a REALLY good look at Winter Rupee and took a screenshot around her [REDACTED] area and saw she has a mole on the right side of her [REDACTED] area.

Either Volume, Noise or Liter. Go with Yan if you plan on Privaty+Laplace since she can laser a grouped up mob thanks to Yan.

Too bad Tencent is ruining this game, so much potential and they're just screwing it up I hope Shift Up regains the game so everyone can enjoy it to the fullest.
