I felt the same way as a F2P player, save around 20k plus gems and 20+ tickets and watched them disappear not to get Modernia. I did get 2 Pilgrims during my pulls (Noah and Scarlet dupe). I'm still grinding for gems (tickets from the event) to hit pity since I need 3 more multis for 200 golden tickets.

The Pilgrim banner murdered so many people's wallets, a nikke content creator spent $4000 roughly on a Core7 (11 copies) Modernia, where some of his viewer pulls are super lucky with several pilgrims and 2 or 3 copies of modernia within 50-80 pulls.

I got Modernia, Scarlet and Noah using free tickets and way before i hit 50 pulls and all at the same day. I was new to the game and didn't know Pilgrims are extremely rare until i sent screenshots in my group chat. I also got Liter at the same day. So i just got multiple SSS Tier in one day. I got Blanc the next day then Noir in her first day. So i had a team full of SSS Tier before i even knew what they are. F2P, btw.

I would have been pretty damn happy to get Drake, Helm, Laplace, and Snow White and still get a free Modernia from tickets. He has a Scarlet as well. I wouldn't be complaining, just got handed most of the best units in the game. I have a solid team but I don't have any of those yet. I'd mostly just be happy to get Helm so I can use her instead of a healer.

I know this is a day old comment. But trust me you don't wanna waste your Burst 3 on a heal, better use a dedicated Healer Like Pepper, Repunzel especially in higher chapters like 17-18

@Joshua Araneta I feel like liter+helm brings more value than having to sub liter out for heals. On the harder missions I currently swap in noise for heals/tank instead of a 3rd B3. I have pepper and rapunzel that I somes use too. I also pulled scarlet like 30 mins after I sent this.

Oh you play Nikke too keroppi? This is Ylkrad the KFM from Blade and Soul, i pulled a Limit Break 3 Modernia and she's so powerful. on good phones she punches so much more than the current emulators, there is a spreadsheet or tierlist for devices and emulators on performance and dmg numbers somewhere, so worth testing modernia out in shooting range with different devices or emulators.

Pro and con for modernia pulling now or later: you can't wishlist her and seeing a pilgrim in the spare body shop can take months to see, the least i would go for is limit break 2 to have the max bond lv of 30 since 3 star's dont go to bond 40. at least you can start doing the pilgrim tower for molds when she comes out soon since you have 3 or 4 pilgrims to actually climb.

Pilgrim banners are 1% so at face value, it's a 1 in 4 chance but because of faction rarity, even if you get the Pilgrim card on a pilgrim banner, it's more like a 0.67 chance of being the banner unit. You can't sue ShiftUp because, on paper, the rate is 1%. Statistics is a bih sometimes😂
