His Excellency Sir Hon Ousainou Darboe has a great track record as a Law abiding citizen over the many decades and no one ever heard of any scandalous activity but only his good will and charity work..If he wanted lands, he could have bought the whole Kombo area over the decades when everything was at his grasp with his Law firm and with that good reputable name attached to his name the sky was the limit, he could have everything but he chose to fight for people instead of building himself an empire in the Gambia. Hon Darboe has the funds to do that..He was rich way back and still do today. if any of these people coming out of the woodwork attacking his character and doing it for simply character assassination their intentions are solely trying to mislead the people. If you asking me, this seems like a premeditated plan or a set up for his family and using them now as a scapegoating for their devious scheme to get away with a robbery..Afterall, Hon Ousainou Darboe's family are like any Gambians who are entitled to acquired a Land just like any Gambian or any non citizens buying properties and Lands everywhere in the Gambia..What is the difference, I asked Gambians? People attacking his character making comparison to other's devious schemes need to stop this nonsense and attack him for something else other than this lands allocated to his family.. If Hon.Sir Ousainou Darboe's family should return a land that is theirs rightfully as Citizens of the Gambia, then everyone who acquired Lands Citizens or non citizens in the year of 2022 should return all Lands and go through due process if they acquired it illegally and we all know the truth to that..

It is very aspiring we as Gambians like to compared Gambians democracy to that of the Western democracy especially U.S.A . democracy when they are over 200 years Ahead of us in civil democracy and on top of that they are way Developed Nations and we are still developing as a Nation and learning the ropes..It is incomparable and honestly not a fair assessment of comparison..It is not even close to comparing Apples and Oranges but Apples and Solum Solum..The size and the populations of the two countries is in its self way out of our Rader..We doing ok with trial and errors and making improvement adjusting to fair democracy but we have a long way to go by trying to compared ourselves to American democracy or European democracy. Maybe we should try Senegal 🇸🇳 or or our neighboring countries before going over the Atlantic and the Pacific Ocean ..

​Ok. thanks for the insult of my intelligence from a misquoted statement coming from a smart person like yourself..if you also can read well and have a good skill of comprehension to re-educate your logic, I said in my beginning comment,, that it is very aspiring as Gambians to want to be like American democracy and I also stated that we are doing ok with trial and errors but should learn from our neighboring countries by measuring our clothes according to our sizes..Nothing wrong with Gambia trying to be like American democracy but to do just that, there are so many elements and factors to be considered, therefore, it would be wise to be reasonable with our mindsets and put Gambia first before us and not individuals self advancement seeing Gambia to be irrelevant..
