Kerrville KOA Tour and Review

Join me as I show you around Kerrville KOA Journey. We stayed at this campground for several days while we were visiting family.

I stayed there about 5 years ago. I got there at about 9:00 P.M. and self-registered. I took the spot directly across from the office right by the little stop sign where you enter. The next morning, I had a great conversation with the owner, gassed up, and hit the road. I would stay there again. Kerrville is a great little town with real Texans all over the place. As you probably know, that town is the first real town after you leave El Paso. I always gas up in that town and have stopped there at least a dozen times. Viva Texas.

Dang, those were some old gas pumps! Yeah, that's a pretty shabby KOA. It's not what you imagine one to be like, considering KOA's prices.

I don't know about you, but when I travel I really don't give a damn about how a gas pump looks as long as it pumps gas. I hate the ones that talk to me and shows me mindless crap on a screen.

@@drillsergeant5338 Those new-age pumps are the worst! I actually love the old-style gas pumps. I worked at a gas station back in the day. I knew what every customer smoked and had their pack(s) of cigs ready for them when they walked through the door. Yes, I'm that old. Lol.

We’ve stayed there several times. We love it . We didn’t have the problems you did. The sign is very plain. The people are very nice and helpful. I disagree with your assessment.
