I've been watching your videos and I've found them very helpful. I have been visiting doctors of various specializations and trying out various forms of treatment (birth control, antidepressants, progesterone cream, etc.) for about two years now and haven't had much luck with any proper diagnoses. I wanted to thank you for sharing your opinion on the UK medical system because from what you have said I see many parallels to that of the US. the doctors I have visited are generally uninformed, and don't seem to take any of the information I give to them about my symptoms seriously. Anyways I just wanted to let you know that you aren't the only one that is experiencing disillusion with your medical system. Best of luck to you x

I get frustrated too with the system, I had to find the diagnosis and have suggested all the treatments to my doctors. Some call it that, some don't seem to take it seriously. My therapist and my family sure do, they know PMDD week(s). I get 10 days or so usually. I warn them when it's coming. Then, it happens. I wish you the best.
