The actress emphasized that Olivia can't vote, but they can. Forgive me but I’m a designer and Seamstress so all I was doing for most of the video was breaking down the construction and details of Kerry Washington’s dress. Each panel is a different fabric, each panel is separated by piping with all different casings. And the piping on the sleeves and on the dress match perfectly.
