What kind of upsets me is she is type cast as the blavk woman it is okay to date and black women of other sizes, shapes and skin tones are not...The movie is Little Fires Everywhere, which was a great book. The race of the character she plays was not explicitly mentioned in the book I don't think, but I envisioned it as a white woman. I'm really excited about the movie.
