When I hear celebrities say they been depressed, had a eating disorder or been suicidal it’s an eye opener because they are people just like us. I used to say celebrities don’t have anything to worry about because they rich they wouldn’t understand what it means to struggle or feel regular. But that’s not the case … they still go through things internally. It’s refreshing knowing how successful and poised Kerry Washington is but still had internal issues just like me. I see now that no matter how I feel I’m getting through these hardships and to stay strong and that one phase in your life does not determine the rest of your life.
