Tyler Perry literally takes time to make everyone feel seen. I met him at DFW debut of "Red Tails" about the Tuskegee Airmen. I escorted the Airmen who loved in DFW and Mr. Perry took a moment to talk with me saying my service to these Airmen was important. He truly sees the folks others don't notice at all.

I saw the movie and it is an exceptional film. It is a powerful movie. I learned a lot about the history of the young African American women who served a purpose during WWII -- thanks for making the film. Washington should GET an Academy Award for her portrayal of Lt. Colonel Charity Adams.
