Whether you like him or not, Weaver left her beeper at Doc Magoo's, she was their supervisor and bore the ultimate responsibility for how it went down. Instead of owning up to it she covered her own ass by scapegoating it all on Malucci and Chen, like the ruthless, corrupt, self serving bureaucrat she was. #JusticeForMalucci

And Malucci might have had a chance if he wasn’t a grade A pain in the ass. What Weaver did was wrong, but no one was gonna stick up for Malucci. They were happy to see him go, and that’s his fault.

I got really tired of Kerry being a snake when she and Mark agreed they didn't want to appoint Romano as Chief of Staff in Season 6. During that council meeting in front of important members of the hospital, Mark bravely said he didn't vote for Romano, and Kerry backstabbed Mark switching sides during her turn. In result, she got promoted, and Mark looked like na outsider. She then claims she did it for the department, when in reality she did it to look good. She's the worst character for me in the entire series.

Shortly after this, the next time I saw Erik Palladino would be on "Law & Order: SVU", and the cocky Dr. Dave Malucci became the far more serious Detective Dave Deuthorne. Considering that both characters have the same first name, the transformation was striking. He showed up there at least two times that I remember.

What kind of a doctor do you think that Mallucci would be after getting fired from his residency? I would imagine after this kind of a firing the best offers he would get would be working at an Urgent Care where you basically just take care of near critical emergencies. Mostly just giving out prescriptions and doing sutures.
