Supreme Homes lives up to their name with this model. Wowzers! 😍 What a perfectly staged home. The three stools behind the couch looks Super Bowl watch party ready. That whole setup of kitchen, living room and dining room all flowing is perfect for hosting. Even having the main bathroom straight down the hall is perfectly situated. 🏆 The exterior is also picturesque. This might be the best looking home ever featured on your channel. 🥇 This was one heck of a walkthrough Kerry. It was very thorough and fun. I’m saving this video to watch it again more times. 😎

If you could modify the kitchen faucet so that it folds down, you could technically put a cover over it and that island could serve as a dinner table for ~8 people. Definitely love the how open it feels going from the living space to the kitchen. And while I appreciate the storage of the walk-in closet leading to the bathroom in the master bedroom, there's something discomforting about having a long corridor to pass through to do my business.

Love everything about this Home, it's the perfect size. Not to Big, Not to Small. Would be perfect for a individual or a couple with one kid, the smallest bedroom ŵould make a great office.

OMG! I am commenting even before the video is finished. But I was compelled to say that this plan is the perfect plan. It has plenty of space and nothing seems like an afterthought. The only thing I would want to see is a modern exterior and interior and, maybe, a single slope roof. And...I'm over barn-style doors...lol. This one gets a thumbs up! ;)

This was a nice one, Kerry! I really like the roof being a steeper pitch, so it doesn't "scream" pre-manufactured or mobile home with the usual shallow pitched or flat roofs. However, I would have loved your usual comment on the cost (of course with the usual disclaimer that "prices may change"). It would also be wonderful to know how far away they transport from NB.

Hi Kerry! Are you keeping cool this week? Temps here in the N.E. close to 100*. I absolutely love this home. The only thing I would like different is a built-up kitchen counter where the chairs are, so you don't see the dishes and mess that I haven't gotten to because I am just enjoying life too much. OK, some elements to consider when reviewing a kitchen. Butcher block near the sink is hell to maintain. It gets wet all the time and water is wood's enemy. Also hot pots can burn it, it doesn't have a dripless edge (look it up), and it scratches. Worst, the sink is an above counter instal, so one can't wipe the counter debris into the sink and the boundary collect dirt. A drawer that opens through a counter is an invitation to knock stuff off. Who, btw, wants to have main entry into the dinning room? Sorry, dinning room and living room get switched by any buyer. Kerry, got to sit you down and have a chat about about barn doors. Hate them. Second, they don't really keep noise out of the bedroom. Nice floor plan, but the details are not great. Last, what's the price?!?!?!

@@KerryTarnow fyi.... Incredible tiny homes has new panels... 3 inches thick... No rivets... Might want to check Thier 8x24 RJO ESP panel home. And there's a bunch of new models since you were last there. They just did a regroup on their workforce and their process as houses were taking 3 weeks to get down the production line. They cut half the workforce... And now are getting houses out in just 3 days... Way more efficient with a more streamlined process. Might be worth a revisit by end of summer... Check Thier progress. They have a build list currently, but will likely be catching up and ready for new builds by end of summer. And their Amish team are rocking the stick built homes. There's a bunch of models... One with a coupalo... Don't know spelling on that... It's upper windows under eaves, that provide indirect light. Living room is small on that model, but nice downstairs bedrooom

In my opinion that's way the bedroom, closet, bathroom should be - they open into each other, rather than the closet being across the room from the bathroom. The pantry and the big closet near the front door are also great features. I like the laundry room near the bedroom, the barn doors and the pocket doors rather than hinged doors, the number of drawers in the kitchen and the bathroom, and finally that great island. 3 bedrooms is too many for me, but otherwise this is a great house. (I like the floors in the ensuite bathroom and the herringbone floors in the laundry room too.) Shame they aren't selling in the US.

This is a gorgeous home with a great floorplan but I only need the main bedroom. If the builder could make this without bedrooms 2 and 3 and the hall bathroom, it would suit me perfectly! In short, lop off everything behind the kitchen. It shouldn't be too difficult to do......famous last words.
