The heliocare comes in a beige shade aswell I have both the shades and I have an olive skin tone. I am having skin treatments and have been recommended this sunscreen. However for the sunscreen to be effective you do need to use much more of it and apply at least every 2 hours. Protect that beautiful skin of yours. X

My normal daily cream is also factor 30 so together they are a good base and then I top up and wear a hat in the summer too.. I definitely don’t want to age prematurely!!! Xxx

Finally I see a normal woman doing a simple make up routine. I follow the same steps as you, moisturiser, a bit of bb cream, mascara and a benefit crayon for the brows, oh and a tinted balm on the lips. Thanks for sharing this I really enjoyed watching it and everything that you used suits you perfectly... oh and I learned that there is a new spf on the market - heliocare 😂. Very pretty and efficient. It does concern me a little that you get such a small amount of sunscreen on your face this way. To really get SPF 50 you need a quarter teaspoon of the sunscreen. I’m going to try it with a sunscreen moisturizer and a regular SPF bronzing tented one. Thanks again for sharing.

My daily facecream also has SPF 30 in it so these mixed together gives me a good amount of suncream in my face :) I definitely wouldn’t just use this amount of suncream in my face as I know how important it is to protect your face.. sun damage scares me too much! Xxx

The foundation I use is SPF 50.. it’s the tinted moisturiser I use right at the beginning in the pump bottle :) xxx

I always get confused with what to use on my face and never know what is right.. my sister uses this and I always go with what she recommends as she is so particular about what she puts on her face!!! Xxxx

Chemical sunscreen ingredients are bad (check EWG for the "why"). Mineral sunscreens are preferred. Nadine Baggot on YT has videos on mineral sunscreens sold in the UK.
