Two of my favorites. Carried the Cryo for 9 straight years, then the Civivi for almost two years till recently. TACKNIFES has replaced them both with no looking back! For the same price range it is a way better, smoother functioning knife!

I’ve carried a cryo for about 6 years and it’s a great little knife. However, I’ve noticed that the assisted opener definitely degrades over time and the screws strip very easily, so taking it apart to diagnose the problem is quite a pain

had this exact same problem. Had two of them and after 2 or 3 years the spring or whatever part that is responsible for the assisted opening, fails and pops out. My favorite little knife ever though. Just ordered a civivi chevalier to give it a try.
