@@aarongallardo3684 unlikely this will come with 3.0. The VA strike is still active and therefore some VA's are currently not working with studios that are not exempt. HSRs Rocket sound is not on that list. I actually anticipate it'll get worse.

Additionally, SAG offers interrim Agreements that, when signed, whitelists them, so their projects can be worked on even by union members. In Addition, most Studios have the core recordings done ~6 months in advance, which is why it now starts to affect live service games.

@@蔡大明-s3w The SAG-AFTRA VA strike is what happened. I forgot the name but basically there's VA company that wants to use their VAs voices to train AI but to no one's surprise the VAs were against it. Lately though the VAs have been returning, but the problem is a lot of the voice lines in-game get recorded in advance so basically they just haven't done it yet.
