So both Stelle and Caelus in English can sing too, but I'd say Stelle's VA in English would be the better singer of the two, that being said I've only heard Caelus sing in the VA cast sings videos by Nicholas Leung(Dan Heng EN VA), I really am kinda sad we didn't get their voices singing these, would be neat to hear.

You know for VA character, JP ia the best. But for music KR is the best.

That really depends on the song. The slumbernana song was best sung by the EN voice and the 88 Degree Bedrocks rap was best in KR. Chinese is overall one of the best languages for voices, but i prefer the EN voice the most. JP has really good voice actors as well.
