Is this apartment 26x11 M² then? That's what l have been able to work out. But it seems strange that it's an odd number of 11 instead of 8,10 or 12M².Why is the dining area narrow than the kitchen,what behind the dining?She did not show that,or l missed it.😅Thank you.

Great review ... love the show .... but I would like to ask .... the mirrors in the bathrooms, are they exactly 'smart mirrors' or 'illuminated mirrors'? .... coz I believe that 'smart mirrors' have an electronical display behind the glass like a tablet where one can view anything.
