This was about the despicable Dr Luke, who abused her sexually when he just signed her. He kept her in an exclusive record deal that she tried to legally fight against for years, and was told that there were no plausible reason to release her from. She’s fully trying to recover now and move on from that situation, but yeah, it’s a very sad song.

The song was so beautiful words weren't needed. They were clearly amazed and stunned by the music video. Its not necessary they need to talk, atleast they gave respect to the video by listening to the lyrics and song and watching the visuals without pointless interruptions.
