Was she at her best? No of course not. She was so emotional how could she be?! Dr Luke was in that crowd, how could she not be nervous and emotional. When she was walking to the front you see her looking back as though making sure everyone was still with her. Cyndi Lauper also puts her hand on her back in support too because Kesha very clearly needed it. That big supportive hug at the end? Kesha needed that

You can truly feel the emotion when she sings, no matter how "bad" people say she was. I still get goosebumps.
@toniapearson46952 ай бұрын
She wasn’t bad at all. She was still hitting the notes that girl can sing, and she was singing from her heart. What was strange about? It was the deep motion, which wasn’t strange at all she lit her heart and sold out on that song you could tell it didn’t only give me goosebumps. It made me cry.❤😢

I cannot even function right now. Kesha and this song has been a steady source of strength for me for a long time now, but I am absolutely wrecked to see these absolute icons singing backup with her because they fully know down in their souls what this song is about. Thank you Kesha and everyone who made this performance possible, you've saved a life tonight and I pray for everyone of you.

Well, you almost had me fooled Told me that I was nothing without you Oh, but after everything you've done I can thank you for how strong I have become 'Cause you brought the flames and you put me through hell I had to learn how to fight for myself And we both know all the truth I could tell I'll just say this is "I wish you farewell" I hope you're somewhere prayin', prayin' I hope your soul is changin', changin' I hope you find your peace Falling on your knees, prayin' I'm proud of who I am No more monsters, I can breathe again And you said that I was done Well, you were wrong and now the best is yet to come 'Cause I can make it on my own, oh And I don't need you, I found a strength I've never known I'll bring thunder, I'll bring rain, oh When I'm finished, they won't even know your name You brought the flames and you put me through hell I had to learn how to fight for myself And we both know all the truth I could tell I'll just say this is "I wish you farewell" I hope you're somewhere prayin', prayin' I hope your soul is changin', changin' I hope you find your peace Falling on your knees, prayin' Ah sometimes, I pray for you at night, oh Someday, maybe you'll see the light Whoa oh, some say, in life, you're gonna get what you give But some things only God can forgive Yeah! (I hope you're somewhere prayin', prayin') I hope your soul is changin', changin' I hope you find your peace Falling on your knees, prayin'
