Agree 100% with Kess about finding your bias through the live performances - it's what led to JiU cementing her place as mine. If you ever watch a fancam of hers, at any available opportunity she will seek out the camera in the audience and interact with them, so it basically feels like she's directly interacting with us, the viewer 🥰

Watching Scream and Boca now wouldn't ruin the experience. A lot of fans started with the Dystopia trilogy first, then they move on to the Nightmare series from debut. Since they're separate and both series stand alone, your journey wouldn't be affected. I also recommend watching the Play Color performance of Wind Blows, the b-side to Odd Eye. Its one of my all time favorite performances.

oooooh... DC live is very satisfying to hear. yes, they get exhausted, and their voice will crack, but they will still try to sing it live albeit with challenging choreography. most groups will just give up singing and focus on dancing even if the dance is just light. which is why I stan this group. in terms of stability, i think Siyeon and Sua are the most stable. the rest are on par with each other.

Kess, I can relate. I've officially (unofficially) renamed Dreamcatcher as 'Yoohyeon and the 6 wreckers. I went through the same process as you as well. There was the first impression bias (Piri Dami killed me), then the second impression bias (Wolfie Siyeon? I mean c'mon!), then I decided 'screw it' and went OT7 for a while because settling on a single bias was just impossible. Over time Yoohyeon just started to stand out to me. She was the one I started focusing on all the time. Then I just gave up and she became my bias. But, as the name implies, any of the other members can utterly wreck me at any time, with no notice. Okay, now for some serious talk... *Kess & Han, Please read* Please, be very careful when reacting to live performances, especially anything for any of the big South Korean TV networks (SBS, KBS, etc). This includes shows like MCountdown, Show Champion and so on. SK TV networks can be real bitches when it comes to copyright and I've seen them strike a few reacters for using their content. So, again, please be careful. Avoid the network shows. There are other sources for live performances that you can use. It kind of sucks because the music shows are usually the best, but it's better to play it safe. Anyway... Love the reactions (and the fangirling 😁). Keep them coming and I'll keep watching.

Dreamcatcher are performers, they perform! and sing live ALWAYS! + they really transform on stage and forget all about being their cute offstage selves. Odd Eye was def Yoohyeon and Siyeon era while in other eras other members might catch your eye more. On that note, keep in mind that Handong was not present in either Scream or Boca (😥). I support the idea of you checking out more live stages and relay dances which are usually very chaotic and fun.

My favourite part about Dreamcatcher is that they are genuine, honest. They are not trying to project a "bad ass" mood or some fake attitude to make them look "tough" or "bad" in some way... WYSIWYG That annoys me with some other very popular groups I won't name here because people can't sand criticism. Some of them are trying to be "tough", but personally they totally fail to convince me, it really looks like it's just a staged emotion. Odd Eye had been my first comeback. Siyeon.. she is one of my co-biases, but I am extremely weak for her with blonde hair.. i am weak for blonde in general, but Siyeon just makes it worse. Siyeon made herself my co-bias without my permission in Piri (which had been my 5th song in my journey fallowing Boca, Scream,Deja Vu and What),so… Handong.. the wrecker of my wreckers for she wrecks my biases of Dami and Siyeon and my bias wreckers of SuA and JiU. Handong’s blue hair is something I loved. Dongie came back from China with way more confidence in all forms. Dreamcatcher- they are even better live and kill it with live bands. Dance practices, dance/performance mvs, dance relays are musts. Their dance relays are so entertaining. Scream and Boca MVs are amazing.. iconic. Handong claims she does not work out.. she did Pilates.. to “loose muscles for a better line”.. no.. we like 💪🏻 catcher. Jiu and Yoohyeon wok out, Dami works out. Siyeon does not like to exercise/work out, but I am sure she will if needed. They use to train themselves by singing while running on tread mills.. hence why they are so freaking stable while coming complex choreography. Pretty sure there is an Insomnicsy about 💪🏻

Odd Eye era Siyeon was unchecked savage BEcause era Siyeon had the assignment of being 'eccentric' MAISON era Siyeon...I think...was more focused on supporting other members. Siyeon was the only member not shown using magic in the mv. Jiu - Giant Space statue transformation? SuA - magic against that ram headed figure head Siyeon - .........? Handong - Portal/teleportation Yoohyeon - Meteor landing/force field DaMi - telekinesis Gahyeon - card magic then crystal? magic In the stage performances Siyeon mostly danced in support of whoever was in the center. Had a couple cool fight choreos with backup dancers but those were both back of stage. One of the times she took center for her lines, the formation ended with all the girls holding hands. Siyeon slays whatever role she's given, looking forward to whatever assignment she draws for VISION

Yeah, complete the trilogy! Scream was something, the visuals! JiU's hair is my favourite, it has a sword and fantasy elements, it's amazing. And then they top that with Boca? It's Gahyeon's MV, her era even 🥰, and it has so many nice versions. You have to have seen the MV, the Esquire live vocal (master faceography 😍) and save the kingdom boca for Halloween. Oh and the part change Boca is hilarious. Oh and relay dances deserve a series, they never fail with those.

The Play Color "Maison" performance was EPIC. The last third of the song gave me James Bond song feels. Would love to hear Deukae do a James Bond opening track.
