Thanks.. Helped me to mesh my project which had an error of overlapping faces sharing an edge.

Thank you for the video. I have one query. Does this method work for an external flow where the geometry has multiple objects? for example, a motorcycle, where there are more components assembled together and I want to analyse the flow through it. Thank you

Excellent AVA, Ms. Sarkar. Would it be possible to share the geometry used for the internal flow demo?

I have create mesh for a channel. When using hexamesh, the boundary layers are shown, but when using polymesh, the boundary layers are not shown. How to solve this problem?

Could you provide the video for constructing this geometry in spaceclaim please?

I have fluent 2020 R2 and my supported file format is fmdb not fmd for cad file. if i save as fmd and open it in fluent mesher, it throws me an error saying "file format not yet supported". the fluent meshing tree is all jumbled up for me. im sorry but this method just didnt do it for my case. it deleted all the interfaces set up in my cad for a turbo analysis. However, it did produce a good quality mesh

What if wanna a finer mesh, finer than the size of leakage,

what if I have extracted volume already, in that case I will have no void region right.

in that case one doe not need to identify region.

How do I find the leakage size of my geometry from spaceclaim.

you can find the leakage first and then measure the distance. leakeage usually can be seen in the octree

i think one can select the whole geometry and set a leakage size. is that viable?

great video dont get me wrong but ansys has been a nightmare for me, every little problem leads me to another video and another with a completely different method of meshing or solving and nothing goes according to the video there is always problem after problem, for this one i dont have a fmd option and it just gives me errors, all this and im not even sure if i need to be doing watertight or fault tolerant method but it wasnt working the other ways so here i am.
