Holy smokes that's some beautiful quality salmon! Critique; I would like see you explain how you saw that it's a third of the way cooked. How long does it usually take? Should the pan be ripping hot? What are you looking for to tell? I feel like there can more information here to improve ones cooking. Other than that, great stuff! I love that you put a hint of smoke paprika.
