Ok so I had done the Atkins diet about 23 years ago. And lost a ton of weight. Then got off it because of all the negative press and fear of eating too much heart unhealthy fats. No internet those days and certainly no HK recipes. Stumbled upon your Chanel to look for heart friendly and diabetic friendly recipes for my husband. I'm so happy you have convinced me to give keto another shot.

Im fasting 23 hours a day and eat one big meal and most of the time I eat big bowl of full fatty salad. Im definitely gonna make this salad it looks deeeelicious

@@misbahrehman3825 I reached my ultimate weight goal in Feb 2020...then, of course, the "pandemic " interfered and my lifestyle changed. I did gain back about 8lbs and I am striving harder to not let the situation get out of hand. I am practicing more 24-48hr fasting and mostly having only 2 meals day.

@@misbahrehman3825 If I remember correctly, I became ketogenic Aug. Of 2017. I lost 20 lbs in the next 3 months. I then lost 15 more in 10 mos. I maintained weight & ketosis for the next 2 years Then deciding to add fasting Jan 2020 where I lost the last 10lbs for a total of 45lbs! I also did a few weeks of carnivore. I love this lifestyle of eating this way...no arthritis, great blood work and way better gut functions!😉

Oh thank you! I love Satat. And this looks just great. The meat could be substituted for a vegetarian variant with a boiled egg. And in the salad sauce, I would eventually do very (I mean very!) little garlic ... yamie ....When here in Switzerland the temperatures are back above 0 ° C, I will eat tons of salad again ... Happy day

This is almost EXACTLY my go to salad recipe, right down to those 4 veggies, and using yoghurt and the resting juices in the dressing! The difference is that I usually use chicken breast, and add a clove of minced garlic in the dressing. Sometimes I sub chopped bits of sun-dried tomatoes instead of the olives, or change the cheese. Mine looks way less presentable though :P

For a second there, I thought you'd done a Joaquin Phoenix and sold out for a rap career. One suggestion: given the ingredients you're using, I'd re-brand the salad as a keto Greek salad, given the feta, cucumber, yogurt and olives. I'd also suggest some fresh garlic in the dressing. I can almost smell the Parthenon.

really tastes great. just now made it. followed the recipe almost the same way. the only thing i have done differently is that i added ready made dressing (as it was already in my fridge). but yeah, it tastes great. used only half of the chicken and the half gonna store in refrigerator for next meal . thanks mate and keep doing the great work.
