Adrienne Sidoti MCT oil is great. You can sub it out with coconut oil which has MCT. I wanted to give different variations for different instances. I love my MCT but I’ve already done a basic video on Keto coffee that has close to a million views. That’s the basic MCT based version. Go ahead and sub ghee for MCT in any of these. Hard part with MCT is the rapid absorption isn’t great for meal replacement.

If you like FUN COFFEE. Nut butters are good in coffee, this can either replace or compliment regular butter. I use peanut butter and almond milk though for iced coffee. Marshmallow root powder makes coffee thick and frothy and it helps with mucus and digestion and basically cures common cold. Ghirardelli Dutch process chocolate powder is zero net carbs that tastes great with peanut or nut butters. Swerve and Stevia drops together to sweeten...actually the raspberry tastes really good with this concoction.

Hey Thomas!! Greetings from Central Florida. Just a bit of information for you to share and maybe warn some folks. I am on a health journey and have lost 70 lbs since this time last year. I started Keto in Aug 2018 and am excited. All is working well, putting on muscle and losing fat. I do have a higher cholesterol result than this time(240) last year (205) and it can only be from the 1 tbsp of whipping cream I use in my coffee everyday with mct oil and/or the 3 eggs with yolk I eat twice a week(6) with shredded cheese. I have eliminated the 3 items from my menu(switched to egg whites only). Just wanted to give those that it may affect a heads up. Feeling great! Doc also found trace amount of ketones 🤗 in my urine. Thanks for all you do, really!! Mike.

I just made a keto coffee (I've never made a coffee until yesterday, yesterday's was embarrassing, I thought making homemade coffee was like making tea..) I researched and bought a coffee maker, todays turned out professionally good. I added 1 tbsp ghee which I recommend melting first even if 10 secs in the microwave or over a hob, 1/2 tbsp double cream (defeats the anti inflammation purpose but ghee is still better than standard butter I think, higher boiling point and double cream's low carb). 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp of ketosource: pure c8 mct oil, which is a 99% pure oil with ketones, though go easy, 1 tbsp is fine as can cause runny stool at first, differently. I thought it was gonna be disgusting, but it tasted like a creamy mocha as I used grumpy mule sumatran coffee (cocoa/dark chocolate vibe powder). The ghee added a bit of an odd taste but still good. I might try it tomorrow morning without the double cream though. These recipes look pretty cool.

@@ms.hawkins7919 Or one of us can just open up a coffee shop. I already plan on opening up a grocery store that strictly caters to Keto, Paleo, Akins, Low Carb and Vegan. Hopefully a restaurant as well, but of course this is all wishful thinking. Got to get out the military first and us California Highway Patrol to come up with a lot of extra money. That and stocks.

I do Keto and IF and am having 2 meals per day, one of them being bulletproof coffee: Coffee, Collagen, MCT Oil, Butter, Heavy Cream, Cacao and Cinnamon. It's something i look forward to every single day. Give it a try, it's delicious

Can I substitute Coconut oil for the butter and/or ghee in your recipes?
@ThomasDeLauerOfficial5 жыл бұрын
You most definitely can
@silviabocanegra85485 жыл бұрын
Question, you kept saying coconut cream but the can says coconut milk...which one is it? Just asking because there is a difference...coconut cream is thicker and sweeter than the coconut milk.
@ThomasDeLauerOfficial5 жыл бұрын
Yes. There is a diff. Fat content is the diff. So some coconut milk will actually be more like coconut cream. I usually look for 14-20g fat per 1/5 of a can serving as my justification as “cream.” Hope this helps!
@bree624425 жыл бұрын
If you refrigerate coconut milk, the cream will solidify at the top!

Bree Dean yup! Even air conditioned room will do this..totally annoys me...I have to wait till my coconut milk warms up before I can use it ..lol

[" Thanks for posting the recipe, we find it confusing with tsp since Thomas mentioned tablespoons and teaspoons of products in most if the recipes and learned awhile back best to write for a tablespoon all cap letters "TBS" and for a teaspoon "tsp. Choosing this helps."]
