How does the lupin semolina taste by itself?

@@TheLowCarbSweetSpot Oh I just assumed you’ve baked with it before because it can be used as semolina flour for baking. (Bread,pasta etc) Does the flavor/taste stand out in the mix or does it have a neutral taste?

The taste is definitely neutral, so you could make something like Caribbean fungi or polenta, or make a sweet porridge. I do like this brand's Lupin Flour. I've used it to make bread.
