I used the Carbquik recipe on the inside of the box for the base. Use 1/2 blueberries per single batch. Use 26 Lilys preferred flavor per single batch. Use 1 teaspoon cinnamon per single batch. I also used OOOFlavors concentrated drops in place of vanilla extract for two of the flavors. These are optional. Vanilla extract would be fine for all three flavors. I just like to use these. 5 for blueberry 7 for cinnamon Base recipe on the inside of the box. 2 cups Carbquick 1/8 cup water, or as needed 2/3 cup half and half One 3rd cup Monk Fruit or Swerve sweetener. Box recipe calls for Splenda and I do not use Splenda. 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoons Chosen avocado oil Box calls for 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. I do not use vegetable oil. One whole egg beaten. Are used muffin cups to line my pan. 400° for 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Carbquik ® Muffins Servings: 12 Net Carbs: 3g (basic muffin) 2 cups Carbquik® 1 1/8 cup water, or as needed 2/3 cup half and half 1/3 cup Splenda® 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoons vegetable oil I whole egg, beaten -Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms only of muffin cups. -Stir all ingredients just until moistened. Adjust batter with water as needed. -Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
