Hi From Ireland Nicko....just a small tip for your burgers. wrap everything in a large iceberg lettuce leaf......absolutely beautiful flavor....go give it a try and let me know how it went for you

Great recipe! One hint for you: If you grate your cheese yourself, you can avoid the carbs from the cellulose that they use to coat the cheese to keep it from sticking together.

I do this but dont put the pickles, I just use pickle relish in the sauce mixture and serve the same way, just a quicker way. Love this recipe

I just skip the bread. For instance, use the beef patties as “the bread” ....n gross everyone out cos I just go in with the best utensils I’ve got - my hands 🤣. Yours is a great recipe . I lerve pickles 👍🏼👍🏼✌🏼

I made this and would do it again. Pretty good. I don't think its very healthy though. I would change up the dressing a bit. Just google big mac sauce recipe. The dressing was kinda close but just a little off imo.
