Keto Nougat | Sugar Free Snickers Candy Bar Recipe

I love Halloween and candy!!! I'm so excited to figure out a keto nougat, you can leave out the peanuts and have milky ways or have no caramel at all and they would be a 3 Musketeers bar! I love snickers most of all, so that's what I made and created this recipe for you.

Keto Nougat Ingredients
2 Egg Whites
2 1/2 Cups Allulose
1/3 Cup Water
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
42 g Lily's Semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 1/4 Cup)
12 oz. or more of Keto Chocolate to coat
1 1/2 Tbs. Coconut oil or more
Keto Chewy Caramel Ingredients
1 Cup Allulose
2 Tbs. Water
1/8 tsp. Salt (1/2 tsp. if using unsalted butter)
56 g Salted butter (4 Tbs.)
1 Tbs. Heavy cream
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
60 g Roasted peanuts (or more if you like)
Macros for entire batch using 390 g of Lily's Milk chocolate chips if you cut into 32 pieces or more they are 2 g Net Carbs or less for each piece
2883 Calories
245 g Fat
180 g Total Carbs
116 g Fiber
64 g Net Carbs
54 g Protein

@@carmens3685 I've looked into it but to sell out of your house, it's difficult to legally ship goods, there are a lot of restrictions in NY. And I can't figure out how to ship outside of NY. The application and permit is somewhat easy to get but only allows you to ship in NY. Wish I had more connections to figure it all out.

Is Allilose the same as Splenda. I’ve heard a lot of bad info on Splenda. Could you use another keto sweetener?

You deserve a trophy for this! I made this right after getting the notification yesterday. They are so good!! I had planned to cheat on Halloween but now I won't need to. I tweaked the amounts of the ingredients a bit and I swapped out the chocolate chips used in the nougat with peanut butter powder and I loved it! I'm a little OCD so I wanted perfect candy bars so used a 12 count silicone mold for these. Which made perfect sized snickers. And made the process much easier. Also I was able to get away with using only 1 bag of lilys chocolate chips. I'm guessing it took more for you because of the smaller bars, which then required more chocolate chips to coat them all. I'm addicted to your videos. Thanks again!

😋 Snickers were one of my favorite candy bars, too! I used to freeze them just so it would take longer to eat them. Before I switched to low carb, they came out with a dark chocolate snickers. That became my new favorite. It does seem pretty labor intensive, but the end result would be so worth it! Thanks!

As hard as this was to make, you actually made it look doable. I'm thinking if I made that nugget, it might be in my hair or eyebrows before it ever made it into the freezer. 😳 I told my husband if he ever wanted me to try making snickers, I believe it would be a two person job!. 😂 I had to laugh when you said “I have this stuff all over me”. The reason I’m here today is because I made the “3 Musketeers bars” yesterday. I had that stuff everywhere! I swear it’s glue better than super glue 😅 Anyway, I can testify to the ridiculous amounts of sugar that goes into this stuff lol. So I wanted to find “keto nouget” and bam here you are nailing it! I have Allulose , but not enough. I will have to try this soon. Thank you for sharing! PS in the pure sugar recipe I followed it only instructs to whip a full 10 min. But that’s regular sugar. They turned out really well…but very chewy…kinda like taffy.

I just rewatched this and decided to try some of the caramel. I purchased a silicone pan with one inch squares and put pecan pieces in each of 20 squares. Then I added one tablespoon of caramel to each of the 20 squares. Set in the freezer then dipped in melted sugar free dark chocolate chips (with coconut oil). Yummy! Thanks for the recipe!
