蜂蜜 1/4杯
希臘優酪 1/2杯
牛奶 1/2杯
燕麥片 150g
泡打粉 1小匙
肉桂粉 1小匙
香草精 1小匙
鹽 1/4小匙
以下配料可自由更換
藍莓 2大匙
覆盆子 1大匙
黑莓 1大匙
碎核桃 1大匙
黑巧克力 1大匙

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp blueberries
1 tbsp raspberries
1 tbsp blackberries
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp dark chocolate
