My son has hypoglycemia; his blood sugar dropped to 30 when he was diagnosed and threatened with a hospital stay. So, he truly does have to watch his diet. He found that if he cut way back on his sugar intake that he just felt better. Consequently, I no longer bake the sugar laden desserts anymore because my son just can't have them. I am definitely going to make one batch of these up just for fun. Then if he likes them, I'll make some more during the fall and winter holidays. Thanks for posting this.

We don’t want to read a video we want to hear the video as we’re preparing step-by-step for the recipe Rachel love your videos and especially you give the measurements not only in cups or teaspoons but you also give them in grams, which is incredibly amazing, thank you again Joe can’t wait to try these

"Sugar free maple syrup"? How is it possible that maple syrup is sugar free? If u r saying that u substituted the maple in place of the refined sugar, then am all in. Sounds delish. Yet, ONLY 1 Tablespoon?
@emanonfox17093 жыл бұрын
@@katherinewagoner741 I use Cary's Sugar-Free Maple Syrup, have for many years, and love it. It's sugar-free, initially developed for diabetics, not true "maple syrup" but does have some natural maple flavor. No, I'm not saying I substituted refined sugar with syrup, I substituted some of the cream (liquid) because I didn't want to play too much with the liquid ratio in the recipe. That being said, it was lovely with only a tablespoon but sure, I guess you could use more. Or maybe use maple extract in place of the vanilla extract. Also this recipe has no refined sugar, it has erythritol (Swerve) and I would definitely use less Swerve next time.
