Keto Queso Dip!

Smooth, creamy, rich queso dip! No flour or roux required! Use your imagination with seasonings and add your own flair! Update!!*** I made another batch today and used a can of Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chili's) Wow!!!
I used approximately: 3 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
4 ozs each, shredded pepper jack and colby
1 1/4 C Mexican blend cheese (pre-shredded)
1/4 C Mozzarella (pre-shredded)
4 oz can diced green chilis
Misc spices :)
