Great vid! I am new to Keto so I am still learning the ropes, I recently downloaded the Keto Babe Bakes App which reminds me of some stuff you mentioned in this vid. I will have to add both to my newbie arsenal! Thanks for the content! 🤗

Have you tried using pork rinds to make keto "fried" chicken? It's delicious! Buzz the rinds up in a food processor with some spices, and use that as your chicken coating. Dip the chicken in beaten eggs, then the rinds, and bake them in the oven on a wire rack so the bottoms don't get soggy.

Stephanie Wright I was literally just thinking about that! Definitely want to give it a shot. We made our double lard fried chicken wings this week and that’s been satisfying my fried chicken cravings for now, but definitely want to try the pork rind baked chicken soon!

Project Reboot - A Keto Family Adventure it actually makes really good chicken fingers too, which your kids would probably love.

Stephanie Wright I’m sure they would! Still trying to figure out the dip situation for chicken tenders though. Have you come across any keto friendly dip recipes?

Project Reboot - A Keto Family Adventure there's always good old ranch dressing. But I actually like to make a dip out of mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard, a little lemon juice, and a dash of hot sauce. It sounds strange, but I really like it. I use it for meat, fish, and veggies. Basically, it has nearly the same ingredients as a hollandaise, just thicker.

You could also make a green goddess style dressing using avocado.
