This was absolutely delicious. I've recently got on the keto, but love my Thanksgiving dressing. I couldn't believe when I made this how much like mine dressing it tasted. The only difference is that I add grated boiled eggs to my dressings, so I added one to this dressing. It's great to find a keto recipe that tastes so good! Thank you, a big fan, Sharon

I just have to tell you that I’ve just made your cornbread recipe in preparation for Thanksgiving dressing. It turned out so well that had to try a piece. It is delicious. My grandmother (who was from Newbern, TN) always made the best cornbread and cornbread dressing. I’m so thankful to find this Keto recipe because it is going to allow me to continue to feel her presence during our holiday meals. I’m so thankful for all the information you and Dr. Berry have shared which has helped me at 58 years old to lose 65 pounds since January 2020 even during quarantine! I am down to 130 pounds which is the lowest I’ve been since my twenties. And I feel great too! Thanks for all you do. 💜

This looks so good! I’m gonna add what my Grandma always does. Giblets (neck, gizzard, liver, heart) from the turkey diced finely. I cook them in a sauce pan and then use the cooking liquid per the recipe instructions. The meat in it adds to the richness that is a Thanksgiving side! ~Steph

Made the keto cornbread early today. (Mixing dressing up tomorrow). Anyway, blew me away. The grittiness of the almond flour is a great mimic for the grittiness of cornmeal. The crispy crust is a perfect duplicate of actual cornbread baked in a skillet. Even my non keto family tried it and liked the cornbread. The texture is a bit lighter than my cornbread I used to make. But, sure there's many different textures depending on who cooks traditional cornbread. Thanks for the recipe

Thumbs up for your cheeky Dr. Berry sneaking the dressing. So sad that I can't get pork panko where I currently live (Taiwan) I will miss dressing at Christmas this year. Honestly I'm not sure what we will eat as I'm not keen to rework my traditional recipes to fit the holiday....the feast is already a lot of work without untested substitutions....& cauliflower mashed 'potatoes' have never worked for me. We've managed to not worry about 'special' foods for birthdays etc., but Christmas is different - Christmas is the one time a year we have always splurged on the extras and most of those extras don't fit our new way of eating. The Christmas blues are setting in and we've not even had Thanksgiving!

I’ve been waiting for this video since you said you were going to make it. I miss stuffing since going keto. One thing I want to say is how refreshing it is to see how normal you all are. Today so many people are so conscience of not using their fingers when cooking on social media videos. Love how Dr B comes over and eats off the mixing spoon🥄 😃 You use your bare fingers in prepping: normal cooking and baking habits. You both are the real deal: you get what you see. No false image here. I’m a follower for life because of how real you are. You all are a part of my life. I’m so grateful for going Keto because otherwise I wouldn’t have found you both. And kudos for Papa for being part of it all. Love to see the family too! PS: don’t think I missed that puff ball toy on the floor on the kitchen🐶🎾😂
