Love the keto share. I have been keto for a few months now and dropped a few kilos. We don’t have pounds here. It’s still difficult to find keto foods here but still keto on. Lots of high protein foods and way less carbs. Best wishes from all of us in Australia 🇦🇺

I’m having a terrible time getting back to my keto, I keep eating ice cream with butterscotch sauce! Both are no sugar added but I’ve gained 12 pounds back of the 60 lbs I lost last year😕😟 very disappointed in myself. Try again tomorrow 😐 thanks for the haul information though, very thoughtful to share🤗🇨🇦🥰

Thank you for sharing. Wonder if some of the products could be adapted to Slimming World? Will investigate further. Pistachio ice cream looks lush. Not sure if you could have the little moon ice creams ( although vegan. I believe) the pistachio ones are too good! The macaroons looked good too. My daughter is allergic to quite a bit so this could really help to give her more options. Cath xx

I did very well on keto getting down to my previous ww goal. But I did find it restrictive. Its good to see there are more keto friendly products out there. I do low GI now so lots of that is suitable. X
