The biggest flaw with remembrance path is that your entire run can just get gimped by a random ice elite if u get unlucky. Personally am an erudition Jing Liu enjoyer myself. Ez 3 million ults.

The reason for effect hit rate on remembrance is because the final bosses of sim uni have really high effect res so its just to make sure you can freeze the final boss but I do agree increased damage would be much nicer!
