Luo cha's ultimate strips one buff from all enemies (if it's removable) and gives him one stack of his talent (when he has 2 stacks his field is active which makes characters heal the entire party when they attack)

For Topaz elation in SU, the best pairing is Topaz Bronya for the unlimited follow up attacks to charge the path ult. It's stupidly easy, as long as your team doesn't die fast enough.

He can't without a nihility though. So he'd need kafka, silver wolf, or guin in the team. Someone who has at least 3 debuffs. SW can almost get the full 6 to maximize his damage though.

I only invest in the characters I like. I only had DHIL because I wanted Lynx and I only got Silver wolf and Argenti because I wanted E6 Lynx and E6 Hanya. If they aren't level 80 then I really didn't want them to begin with lol

I stopped at 3th lvl of swarm and couldn’t beat 4th bc I don’t like to redo things but with elation i prob will do it soon. Already moved my struggle from 1st world to boss of the 2nd.
