I tried them yesterday : IT IS TERRIFIC. I am currently combining them to the seated rack press for the upper chest. Can wait to attain 24kg by August. Hopefully it will help me with snatching the 44kg Bell. Merci God bless

I have been doing these for years but I take the bells all the way out into a crucifixion position and hold for about 1-2 seconds and really crank the rhomboids, traps and scapula.
