Stiring the cauldron - no problem balancing but lots of shoulder burn. Thanks.

When Stirring the Cauldron be sure to engage the glutes and abs throughout the move. That may help. Of course you can also use a lighter weight. I increase the balance challenge you can begin to bend the loaded leg at the knee. Move up and down slowly as your "stir" with the upper body. Enjoy. ZK
